Kyle Larson made it to the track in time for the NASCAR Cup Series All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro, N.C. on Sunday, but his journey was a wild one.

Larson spent the weekend in Indianapolis qualifying for the Indy 500. He averaged 232.846 mph during qualifying and will start fifth in the Indy 500 next weekend.

After successfully qualifying on Sunday, Larson took a helicopter to an airport in Indianapolis, flew to Wilkes County Airport, and took another helicopter to North Wilkesboro. From there, he got a nice golf cart escort to the stage for introductions before the All-Star Race.

His extra effort to make it in time for introductions resulted in him receiving plenty of cheers:

Larson won the 2023 All-Star Race. He will attempt the “Double” next weekend when he races in the Indianapolis 500 on Saturday and the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte on Sunday.
